Caring For Coneflowers - Echinacea
Caring for Echinacea-Coneflowers All Types
Most Echinaceas grow two to three feet tall, are easy to care for, and make wonderful butterfly magnets in the garden.
The seed heads they produce when their blooms fade are a favorite food of migrating birds. If you don’t deadhead the plants, their seed heads will stay up to feed the birds that stay around during the winter.
Coneflowers are drought-tolerant, but they will look more attractive if you water them regularly during dry periods.
