Does EBAY not have a person scanning this?
I have read several guides and have seen at least ten four wheelers that i know are scams. They are easy to pick out, does EBAY not have anybody scanning or can they not contact these people and see if they are real. There for a while I was seeing one a day when i was looking for an atv. The adds are always the same. The atv is loaded out, the buy it now price is always extremely low, and it is always a private auction you have to get permission to bid on. Since EBAY is apparently not going to do anything about these here are some tips. First, NEVER!!! buy anything through Wester Union. This is a dead give away. Second, have you ever heard the phrase, ” If its too good to be true, then it usually is.” Nobody gives stuff away, so know how much what your bidding on is worth. If you are still leary, tell them you will pick it up and not ship it. If it is a fraud they will disappear after that because they cant get your money that way. Be careful! and good bidding.
