I purchased a comforter from luxurybedsets.com that did not meet my expectations. When I attempted to return it, I was informed that the warranty is only 14 days (on a lifetime product??) and on further investigation discovered that the company will not refund a product that has been unfolded! Contrary to their claims, customer satisfaction does not come first with these people. Their return policy protects only them, not the consumer. I would not do business with them again and would not recommend them to anyone.
