We are now in the process of expanding our merchandise to provide what we hope is the most expansive and eclectic selection of desk sets, desk accessories, and professional gifts anywhere on eBay!
Our advise to other people starting an Ebay business is that it is NOT enough to sell the right product at the right price. When people buy a luxury item, they expect professional packaging, quick shipping, and great customer service.
Treat people the way you would want to be treated yourself. For instance, when we package an item, we insert a thank you card which includes our Ebay store name. For special items that require special care, such as crocodile handbags, etc. we insert a product care guide to ensure that our customer has the information they need to keep the product looking great. When we sell briefcases, we restuff them as necessary to ensure that they maintain their shape and ship safely. …just a few examples that we hope will help you in your new endeavor.
