Flourless peanut butter cookies
These are the most asked for cookie in our house. It was my Grandmothers flourless recipe. Not only is it yummy we almost always have all the ingredients on hand. I find it to be so much more moist than pnut butter cookies with flour in the ingredients- have fun- and try not to eat too many-you will need- 1 cup peanut butter-smooth or chunky
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanillia extract
preheat oven to 350 degrees-grease cookie sheet
drop by teaspoon full. roll each teaspoonful into the shape of a ball.you can either press them down with a fork dipped in sugar or simply press a hersheys kiss into the center.
bake 8-12 minutes let cool at least 3 minutes on the pan before moving them to a wire rack to finish cooling.
