Marigolds are a very easy to grow flower.

They are usually in the orange or gold or mixed colors.
A good plant in themselves , sturdy , heavy blooming.
They come in a number of sizes , from 8″ tall to 2-3 feet tall.
Planted approximently one foot apart they form a hedge or intersperse with cosmos and marigolds .
They assist in keeping insects from marigolds and if ground ; rather than plant watered ; they remain ree from desease all season.
Removing spent blooms will help them to flower well into autumn.
