Gemstone Clarity Explained
IF - Internally Flawless. The Gems has no inclusions even under 10X magnification and look brilliance.
VVS - Very, Very slightly included [eye clean]. The Gems is brilliance but contains very few inclusions which are difficult to see under 10X magnification.
VS - Very slightly included. The Gems contains some inclusions and easy show even under naked eye but not effect the brilliance of Gems.
SI - Slightly included. The Gems contains inclusions, cracks or chips that are visible to the naked eye and affected the brilliance of Gems.
I - Included. The Gems contains inclusions such as large feathers or large included or chip or crack which will make the Gems looks silky.
Transparent - Transparent stones allow light to pass through them without diffusing (scattering) the light.
Translucent - Translucent stones allow light to pass through them, but the light is somewhat diffused (scattered).
