hptrucks pulls scams and frauds!
I ordered some flywheel bolts from Hptrucks for my corolla engine using the buy it now option. Welll his message states that it will ship within 24 hours but it didn’t ship at all. It took 2 weeks for the items to arrive and upon arrival by fedex I looked at the bolts and guess what? They were intended for A HONDA motor and not a TOYOTA engine. So mad as I was and delayed in putting my motor back in to my car. I called them up and they said they would send fedex to come and pick up the items and send me new ones. Well, Never contacting me when fedex would come they came 3 days later and since I wasn’t home they said they would come again the next morning. So the next morning they came and picked it up. 1.) Poor communication from seller. Next I waited for 1 week and still no response. So now I went to Toyota and got some bolts and decided that it was better off not to wait for the bolts anymore. Now it has been over 2 months and I still haven’t recived anything. from Hptrucks. These guys are pulling off scams to send u the wrong items and then pick them up and never send it back to you. I have called them many times and they always deny any thing about ever sending out my product or even knowing who I am. Stay away from them! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!.
