There are many guides to telling if a piece of jewelry is vintage. First, and one of the most important things is to know you seller. If buying through , check out their feedback. Do they specialize in jewelry or is is just one of many of an electic group of items they sell? While some awesome items can come from a seller like this a buyer needs to be extra aware in knowing their jewelry if they are looking for a true vintage piece. If a seller doesn’t mention where a piece of vintage jewelry is from….ask! Is if from an estate, garage sale, flea market, grandmother’s stash? Find out and that can begin in clue you in.
Styles come and go so something that looks really modern can be acutally quite old (which is part of what makes vintage jewelry fun).
