I have been searching for bedding for months, and was about to give up and have what I wanted custom made. I found your website one day and was fascinated. I have to admit that I returned many times before I ordered, looking for the hidden catch. I simply did not believe that the Southern Luxury Bedding described would be sent to me for such an incredibly reasonable price. I read your return policy very carefully, and decided to take a chance.
Your courteous and concerned response to my inquiries, as I waited for my order, was exemplary, and the fact that you took the time to call, one evening, and check on its status was above and beyond any customer service requirements.
The bedding arrived in its own study storage trunk. I grabbed a handle, with one hand, to bring it in, and could not shift it. That should have given me some idea of what was inside, in yet another high quality zippered bag. The bedding is utterly amazing. The texture, color, weight and craftsmanship defy description. It quite simply has to be seen to be believed. The fabric is glorious, the embroidery is exquisite and the quilting on the bedspread is detailed and lovely. I plan to use the enormous sheet to create a matching canopy and, were drapes and a bed skirt available, I would buy them immediately. My neighbor recently spend $7,000 on custom bedding and, quite frankly, nothing she has rivals your product. I was so impressed that I emailed a link to all my friends here and in Europe, and I never do that sort of thing.
My daughter wants bedding from you for Christmas, and I shall have no hesitation about doing business with you again and again.
