Maintenance of Fog and Driving Style Lights and Lamps
Steel housing fog and driving style off-road lights should be coated with
a auto paste wax to help protect from the elements. This will help protect
against rust and prolong the life of your 4×4 lights.
With chrome lights…that’s about all you can do.
The colored housing lights like black, yellow, etc.you can take these
completely apart and repaint them or even paint them a different
color which makes them more durable to the elements if you do this when needed.
These are just a few of my tips for off-road 4×4 type lamps.
Put these with any ideas you have and make your truck lights
hold up against the harsh enviroment.
