Motorcycle Shipping with DAS (Draggon A## Shipping)
I bought a Roadglide on e-Bay and used DAS to ship it to Hawaii.
Paid shipping 8/13/07. $1665.00.
The sales person said that the pickup would be 9/7/07, in Hawaii.
The pick up date was scheduled for 8/17/07, in Nebraska.
Actual pick up date from Nebraska was: 9/14/07.
Now the actual pick up date in Hawaii is: 10/24/07.
Thats 69 days total and 48 days behind what they originally told me.
What is up with these people? All their claims on the web site saying how effecient and caring they are, did not in any way reflect my experience with them. If the tables were turned, they would have a collection agency on me. No discount, no sorry, no answers, no good!
Find a better shipper, there are many others out there who do a much better job in customer service by telling the truth to their customers.
