NUTS ABOUT MACADAMIA
How to roast Macadamia Nuts in your oven at home.
Place shelled nuts (whole kernels or halves only) in a shallow pan no more than two deep. Roast slowly at 300 degrees Farenheit for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring every few minutes. Watch carefully and remove from the oven as soon as they start to turn tan. After roasting, salt while nuts are hot, if desired. Let cool completely, then store the nuts in airtight containers. Keep in a cool dry location away from direct sunlight. They may also be frozen.
